Production

The year of 2011 changed everything. It was the year when a new cutting-edge production complex with the area of ​​more than 7000 sq.m. and high-capacity European equipment occupying the area of ​​about 1.5 hectares was built. Main products include school notebooks, general and drawing books on the bracket, as well as a wide assortment of memorandum books and other related stationery. The specialized equipment meets the requirements and provides quality of printed products and stationery.

In 1997, the company purchased Raduha JSC (Konotop, Sumy region) engaged in the production of children's safe sets of plasticine, gouaches and watercolors.

The annual production program at the enterprise is made up of:

    million sets of color paper and cardboard

    million sets of children's safe plasticine, watercolors and gouaches

The process of making school notebooks includes three specialized lines (German, Italian and Russian). The German line Will Pemco Bielomatik released in 2017 is being paid special attention. This is a brand new, innovative, high-power line. This machine is capable of producing up to 300 thousand notebooks per day, which are highly competitive with those produced by Western European companies.

Both plants have quality control system certificates DSTU ISO 9001: 2009 (2015), IDT. Today, these two factories (engaged in notebooks production- Tetrada LLC; engaged in plasticine and paints production- ALC Raduga) and have reached such a level of production that are able to easily cover most consumers of the Ukrainian stationery market.
